We are excited to welcome back our Circlesong Faculty including: Rhiannon (Hawaii), Judi Vinar (Minnesota), Joey Blake (Rwanda) & David Worm (Oakland), Destani Wolf (Berkeley), Bryan Dyer (Oakland) & Tammi Brown (Santa Cruz), Tiago “Rizumik” Grade (Portugal), Sofia Ribeiro (Portugal), Juan Andrea Ospina (Colombia), Goussy Celestin (Haiti), Christiane Karam (Lebanon), and Manuel Linhares (Portugal)

Tuition & Registration
What is the tuition cost?
Tuition costs $950.00 per person for all six days of sessions and events with Bobby and the teachers
What is covered in the tuition?
Tuition covers all six days of sessions and events with Bobby and the teachers.
This includes your participation in all public events (to be announced) and our 24 Hour Unbroken Circlesong.
Lunches, snacks and refreshments will also be included throughout each day.
Accommodation is not included.

I can't make the whole week - Is there a discounted rate?
Unfortunately not, the tuition covers the whole six days only.
You can separately attend:
The Unbroken Circlesong from Friday July 28 at 7pm through Saturday 7pm July 29
or other to be announced events.
Are there scholarships?
Not for this program.
Do you require an ID?
Yes, ID will be required for you to get your tickets and enter the event.
Attending The Event
Is there a schedule?
The schedule is coming...
In the mean time:
Rough Hours - 10am to 10pm daily
This rough schedule includes all school activities and events with breaks.
The school finishes at 7pm on Saturday, the end of our 24 Hour Unbroken Circlesong
We look forward to updating you soon.
What is the dress code?
We don't have one.
Can I bring food and drink?
Yes, however Food & Drink are not permitted in the Cathedral or Chapel of Grace.
We will update you on additional locations available for food and drink consumption during the event.
What food and beverages are there?
Lunches, snacks and refreshments will also be included throughout each day.
Dinner will not be provided.
HEALTH & COVID RELATED
Are there COVID rules & regulations?
As of March 1, 2023:
San Francisco no longer requires people to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to enter businesses or large indoor events.
I’m not vaccinated – Can I attend?
While we strongly encourage everyone to be vaccinated.
You are welcome to attend.
What if I am feeling sick? Can I get a refund?
Yes, we will offer refunds to ensure compliance with all health and safety policies.
We do ask that if you are feeling sick, please stay home out of respect for all our other participants.
Do check for any COVID-19 symptoms .
I recently tested positive for COVID, Can I still come?
If you are testing positive, or experiencing any COVID related symptoms, we ask you to stay home. (Refunds can be provided)
If you have tested negative for five consecutive days, and you are symptom free, we look forward to joining us.
If you have had a close contact should get tested.
